Clontarf Combined Sewers Overflow Tanks
The construction of a temporary storage facility, within the confines of Clontarf Golf Club. Work included the installation of combined sewers in storm conditions and consisted of an R.C. storage tank 20m * 10m * 7.5m deep, a 9m deep dry well pump station and pump house including all associated mechanical and electrical works. The contract also involved the construction of a separate 12m * 6m (approx.) R.C. overflow structure which was constructed offline and connected into the live 1350 dia. combined storm sewer by two online manholes and associated pipe work.
