Wexford Business and Technology Park
Contract for the expansion and upgrade of the existing IDA business park. Works included the extension of the park access roads, provision of cycleways and footpaths, boundary wall construction and extensive landscaping for the existing park. Works also included the construction of a sewerage pumping station and associated rising mains, new services to the expanded park including water, storm drainage and foul drainage. This Contract also involved the provision of public lighting, service ducting and the construction of a feature pond and shelter, realignment of the existing entrance.
