Roscommon Business and Technology Park Phase 1
This project involved the construction of new Business and Technology Park for the I.D.A. on a greenfield site in Roscommon town. Work involved the provision of a new central spine access road through the park together with boundary walls, footpaths, public lighting and extensive soft landscaping throughout the park. Upgrading of existing services included mains gas supply, telecommunications, water supply and increased electrical supply.
